Our nutrition service at NOVA provides the knowledge and know-how to create tailored meal and exercise plans to suit your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. In collaboration with CHcoaching , you'll receive expert guidance and support on how to learn to make healthy food choices and develop a balanced nutrition plan that works for you.

NOVA Wellness Clinic can help you meet your nutritional goals as part of your overall wellness journey in several ways:
1. Bespoke Meal Plans and Guides:
Want to learn how foods you love can be incorporated into daily life as a part of a balanced
nutritional strategy that supports your goals? Whether it's weight loss, general health or
muscle building, we can plan and quantify the meals you love into a plan that suits you and your
lifestyle!
2. Education and Support:
We at NOVA and CHcoaching believe that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! And one of the main
reasons ‘cookie cutter’ style plans are ineffective is that their creators don’t want you to
actually learn how you can do this without them! Wether it's utilising our 1 to 1 services or
attending one of our seminars, we will support your understanding of nutrition so you can
approach it from a whole new vantage point!
3. Monitoring and Adjustments
If you choose to take part in one of the CHcoaching/ NOVA journeys we can help you to stay accountable to your plan with regular interaction with your coach and weekly check-ins. An amazing way to monitor the incredible results you are creating and adjust your plans, if you need to, so you feel in control and supported every step of the way!
4. Lifestyle Coaching:
There are SO many facets to weight loss and nutrition management then just ‘what you eat’! Improving your morning/ evening routines to aid sleep for example, and learning new stress management strategies. Watch this space for our Live Events or consider coming on board to transform your lifestyle for the better, and for good!
5. Accountability:
Simply hiring a coach will not get you your desired result. Adherence to the plan they create for you will! But how many times have you started something and actually managed to stick to it for long enough to see that result? Consistency is key to success, and a CHcoaching journey together with NOVA would provide you with direct access to your coach to ask questions, get quick answers and support through scale jumps, life’s challenges, and even navigate eating out!
6. Consideration for Menopause and Peri-menopause:
Everybody's menopause experience is different! For this reason, we believe it is important to coach women as individuals too, and not give recommendations based on statistics! Whilst there is no ‘best diet’ and certainly no ‘one size fits all’ for a female going through this incredible life change, there are things we can do nutritionally that could help manage your unique symptoms more effectively!

INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION:
the beginning of your nutritional and wellness journeys with NOVA starts with free, online consultation and fact finding meeting with our Nutritionist during which they will:

15 minutes weekly check-ins online, to review how things are working out against your agreed plan, with amendments to the plan if needed and support.

Once we have booked your first appointment, you will be sent a welcome email including a comprehensive questionnaire and ask that you complete a 3-day diet diary prior to your visit to the clinic.
During our time together, we will discuss, identify, and find the root cause of your potential low energy or digestive issues, and how to improve them by gradually introducing nutritional and lifestyle changes. With regular contact of your choice to help you stay on track, you will feel empowered and develop life-long healthy habits.
