The NOVA Sound Bath Group

Hello to everyone who has joint this group and to all of you who just want to have an occasional sneak peek into our group 😊 - that's allowed too 😊.

Just wanted to ask you, if you have ever experienced a Sound Baths session, what was your reaction to it, what was your experience ? Some people see colours (like I did the very first time, it was lovely purple and pink), some people feel like they left their bodies and some go through completely different feelings. It would be good to share it with you and also find out, what did you experience during a session. It's all very fascinating !!
